Refund policy

Damaged and Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at maxiandrockstore@gmail.com within 10 days of your delivery date if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Please include your order number and photos of the merchandise in question, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with either a replacement product, a refund or other resolution. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for a response to your initial inquiry. Once we have completed our review, please allow 7 to 10 days for simple issues involving replacement products or refunds. For complex issues or high volume orders please allow 30 to 60 days for replacement products and/or refunds. 

We reserve the right to reject any claims for incorrect/damaged/defective items submitted after 10 days of the delivery date.

Other Refunds or Exchanges
Please email us at maxiandrockstore@gmail.com for assistance regarding exchanges and before returning any products. Errors on our part (e.g., customer ordered a large and we sent a small) are eligible for exchange and the exchange is covered at our expense.

Please review size guides carefully. There are no exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size. 

There are no refunds for change of mind.

Lost packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Please confirm the mailing address. There are no refunds for items sent to the incorrect address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

There are no returns on gift cards.
